This service is suitable for those who wish to enter into the restaurant business but have no clue as to which design will differentiate their restaurants from the others.  Dot Line Plane will assist you all the way from laying out the concept and design to details like choosing the furniture, suitable cutlery and restaurant equipment etc. upon your request.

About Boy:

One of our partners, Thitipong Young-Yuen, AKA Boy, has been in the restaurant business for over 7 years.  He started off as one of the packaging designers for S&P products and later became part of the team to help rebrand S&P.  From that experience, Boy has developed to have keen eyes for details, a kind of persona that all restaurants need.

Boy is one of the key founders and designers behind one of the most trendy and fast growing restaurants, Vanilla Industry which has now expanded to Vanilla Restaurant Thonglor, Vanilla Brasserie Paragon and Vanilla Garden Ekamai, not to mention other upcoming expansions which soon you will find out!  He was also responsible for the renovation of Patio, Isetan and All Seasons Place.

Boy laid out the new concept for the renovation of Patio All Seasons Place and Isetan and got down to choose the colours, materials of the interior himself, not to mention other details such as organising shelf displays; designing the new logo; menu and uniform for the waiters/waitresses; choosing the cutlery and restaurant equipment etc.  This was one of the successful projects for both Boy and Patio!

One of our head designers, Boy, overlooked the whole construction of this project, as well as, other Vanilla projects, from laying out the overall concept, working closely with the interior designer and landscape architect and even got down to the nitty-gritty like choosing furniture, cutlery,  restaurant ornaments/equipment, designing a logo, menu, organising shelf displays, choosing uniforms for the waiters/waitresses and even picking most suitable songs for each restaurant.
